- Make sure Satellite is fully charged and powered on
- Make sure the audio cable is not connected
- Make sure your device has Bluetooth® turned on
- Turn off and then turn on Satellite.
- Decrease the distance between Satellite and your Bluetooth® device
- Try pairing with a different Bluetooth® device
- Delete “Blue Headphone” from your Bluetooth® list on your device and pair again
- Clear the headphone pairing list
