- Make sure headphones are securely connected to your device with the included audio cable
- Make sure your device is playing audio
- Make sure the volume on your device is turned up
- Try a different audio player on your device
- If you are listening to your device and you also want to use headphone’s amp features, make sure headphones are fully charged and turned on
- Connect headphones to a different audio device
